About 2 years ago, I moved up to Los Angeles with a couple of my buddies.We live in the Mid-Wilshire area, so I'm pretty close to anything in the Los Angeles. I have really enjoyed exploring the area, and hope to keep discovering new places and meeting new people. I work for the family real estate business in the San Gabriel Valley. Had some good and bad times, but in the long run, it's been quite interesting. I have met some unique people over the years, but not many that I'd consider dating. Mostly a lot of irate and/or demanding people and a handful of real characters (I got some stories). My brother and new sister in-law wanted me to try out internet dating, and it seems hard to meet quality people out at bars, clubs as well, so I figured I would give this a shot. I have been here on match.com for about 10 months now. Internet dating has been quite an experience so far, and a positive one at that. I've met some interesting people (no crazies so far), had some good times and found some great new places to eat, drink and relax.
I would like to meet a nice, down-to earth girl who lives in the area with values similar to mine. I always try to be fair and honest both personally and professionally. Family is the most important thing to me, and my friends are a close second. The company I keep is more important than the activity itself. I can be shy and sometimes quiet, but am not without wit and humor. I enjoy good conversation, even if I end up not saying anything all. But trust me, that rarely happens. Once I get warmed up, I can be quite chatty. I love a good story, both telling and hearing them, and I try to learn something new everyday. I'm really open to trying new foods, places and experiences, and I'll try almost anything at least once.
