My married friends love the endless stories that online dating provides. I try to keep a good sense of humor about it and not take it too seriously, although my goal here is to meet and connect with someone on a much more intimate level.
As for me . . . I consider myself to be confident without being arrogant, smart without being too dorky, assertive without being pushy, and funny without being obnoxious. I have had the same group of friends for basically my whole adult life and seek a mate that has also harvested long lasting, meaningful relationships. I think nothing says more about a person than the fact that people have chosen to stick around for awhile with you.
I'm looking for someone to click, laugh, and have fun with to do all of the "coupley things" , but more importantly to potentially share a life with. I know first hand that reading long online profiles can be incredibly boring, so, becuase I'm a "giver," I'll keep this thing brief.
If you're an easy-going, fun chick, with an interesting point-of-view, and would like a low pressure night of hanging out with someone cool (and obviously modest), I'd love the opportunity to get to know you a bit and take you out for a drink or two and see if there's any real chemistry and attraction.
Cheers and happy browsing. . .
