So about me...I'm originally from Florida, born and raised. I moved up here over a year ago to try the 'big city life' for a while. I really love DC, but may end up back in Florida eventually... I love traveling although haven't been fortunate to leave the US yet (Canada and Mexico don't really count, right?). I have, however, visited a majority of the states. I know...big whoop. A trip to Europe is in my future (one day)! I try to get out on weekends and see the sites around the area. I used to love going to local music shows in Florida, but haven't seen too many up here.
I'm super close to my family. I love Seinfeld and ID channel and could easily spend an entire day on the couch watching them! But I also love being outside and trying new things. I finally went to my first baseball game and LOVED it! And I love to watch/go to any football game, but especially my Florida Gators. National parks and local sites are always fun to visit...my family and I visited a different national park every summer (sometimes two) since I was little. I'm not a crazy rock climber or anything, but hiking trails and being in the fresh air can be so relaxing. I did love swimming until I moved to the north and lost all access to olympic size pools. I'm still trying to grasp the idea that pools close for the winter and require a membership/wait list just to use them! WTH?!
Who I am looking for...welp, I am looking to meet people to get out of the house with. If a friendship turns to more, yay! If not, you can join my Seinfeld-esque life. It's alotta fun, trust me. *wink wink*
And if you are a Florida Gator...we need to hang out! Football season is almost here! Go Gators!
