About me? I've never been good at putting into writing things about myself. I am originally from Oregon. I've been in Northern California for quite a while now and love it here.......except for all the traffic. I tend to be a bit shy when I first met people. Love to laugh, even if it's at myself. Friends and family are very important to me, even if they do drive me crazy sometimes. Am definately a driven person; I like to call it being efficient. My friends tell me that I'm pretty independant. Which I guess is true. I think it's more that I'm secure in who I am and what I want. I work at a job that can be pretty stressful, yet rewarding, so when the weekend comes it's about relaxing and having fun. I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, although I tend to stick to terra firma. Never really been exposed to much in the way of water sports. I have been river rafting a couple of times if that counts? I love to travel and explore new places.
A bit more about me (random stuff):
-graduated from the Academy of Art University SF
-am afraid of spiders. When I have to kill one I throw magazines/books across the room
-love to bake and often use co-workers as guinea pigs
-first job was working on a horse ranch. I did grow up in Oregon.
-when by myself in the car I am known to sing loud and off key to favorite songs
-love to get dressed up for night on the town, but just as happy in jeans and tee at a backyard BBQ.
-recently found out I am terrible at pool. Know any good teachers?
Ok, I guess I move on to what I am looking for. Definately do not have a type. Attraction is important. A streak of sarcasm is a good thing in my book. Enjoys many of the same interest as me, yet can show me some new things. Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who will accept me for who I am yet challenges me to be more, as I expect they would want the same from me. I'm not into drama or games. Just out to meet new people, and hopefully meet that someone special. Obviously, there is more to me than what is written here...gotta leave some mystery ;-0. That is true of all of us on this dating site. Let's get to know each other and see what happens.
