Hi! I was born and raised in Newport Beach, and I have never left. I am down to earth, loyal, and well traveled. I mostly stay in the Newport area unless I have the three month itch to travel somewhere. At heart I like smaller towns, preferably on the coast, but I also like a big city once in a while for a short period of time. I am Irish Catholic and have traveled to Ireland numerous times. I am a person who likes a quality, but a simplistic lifestyle. I am not excessively materialistic. A less complicated life is better. I like the outdoors; drinking coffee black, reading the newspaper, a fireplace for the winter when needed, and sleeping in when possible. I am close to my family, and my parents have been married for 44 years. As for sports I prefer participating and not watching too much. I enjoy playing tennis at the club and playing on my old softball team from time to time when called upon. In addition I like walking,occassional SUP in the bay, mowing the lawn, gardening, growing citrus, and listening to all types of music. Once in a while I like the arts such as the theatre and a museum from time to time. Restoring a 68 XKE Jaquar is in the future plans. I am looking for someone down to earth, educated, interesting, reasonably active, and into simple, but quality living. Thanks!
