You know, we may not meet the love our lives online, but the process is cool – it gives us a chance at some self-discovery - to look at ourselves, try to put it all down in words and with luck, in a way that might actually attract another person. The Ching says no blame, so here goes:
Random stuff about me: I love taking pictures. Making tea. College sports. I’’ve got a big smile, a goofy laugh, and am a great listener (I remember dates and significant events, mostly). Staying inside and not going out, cool. Going out and having fun, also cool. Being spontaneous, giddy, amazed at life, occasionally fabulous and always grateful, listening to truth, being gracious, honorable, occasionally sexy, always generous, a gentleman, discreet, and a bazillion other descriptive adjectives (including scared of spiders). I’m high on life and ready to meet…..
…someone who loves to have fun and is balanced. By that I mean that you don't take life too seriously, you don't take yourself too seriously, but at the same time you are very serious about life, love yourself and strive to be the best. And in my book, these are not contradictions (see previous paragraph: random things about me).
What stands out for me? What attracts me to a woman? She’s responsible, she’s relatable- she can talk to anyone about anything. She’s a girl who’s able to see something for what it is, without judgment or unfair categorization. She’s open to new things and thoughts and ideas. The first thing I see is usually her smile and how she carries herself.
