Hi, my name is Jenny… thanks for checking out my profile! I guess I’ll start out with why I’m on Match. I’m looking to meet someone that I enjoy spending time with that shares some of the same interests as me, with the possibility of turning into something more. I’m definitely ready for a committed relationship, but I’m not the type to rush into that if it’s not right.
Some of my interests… I love to cook. I love to invite friends over for dinner parties or Sunday brunch. Good food makes people happy, and it makes me happy when my friends and family are happy.Some people might call me a“foodie”,although I hate that word! It sounds so snooty…Whatever the case may be, I like to cook and try different types of foods, sometimes adventurous, but sometimes a simple steak is just as good. Over the past few years, I've also started to really enjoy hiking. I live near the MetroParks, and my dog Stella and I like to go for long walks and hikes year round. It’s a great way to release some of the tensions of the day and enjoy the 4 seasons we have here in Ohio. A few other things I like: reading, wine tasting, traveling (anything from road trips to exotic places), live music, hanging at home to watch tv shows (Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, American Horror Story, Game of Thrones, to name a few), going out to see movies, golfing, skiing…
Who I’m looking for… I’m tall (5’10”), so someone over 6’ is a plus. Intelligence is a turn-on for me, but I’m definitely not the kind of person that thinks college degree = smart person. Intelligence, in my opinion, comes most often from life experiences and an innate curiosity to learn. I’m a down-to-earth, no drama kind of girl, so I’m looking for someone that is the same. I know that’s what most girls on here write, but I’m totally serious. If I start to sense any game-playing, I’m out. I don’t have time for it, and I doubt most of you that have read this far do either. When I'm with someone, I'm very loyal. I've never been one to "play the field", so if I'm with you, I'm only with you, I'm not interested in anyone else. So with that, I expect the same in return. On a lighter note, I have a really great sense of humor (kind of a combination of dark/dry/goofy), and I love to laugh. I think the art of making someone laugh until they cry is extremely sexy! Confidence is also sexy, although too much can be a turn-off. I like a guy that is able to just be himself and is comfortable in his own skin. Also, one who can take initiative and go after what he wants. I don't like passiveness. If you're interested in me, let me know.
