I’m new to the online dating scene. I’ve never really been the “go out and meet girls at a bar kind of guy.” I’m kind of old fashioned in that I like meeting people in serendipitous situations, like at a coffee shop or something, but I’m open to trying something new and seeing what happens.
I highly believe in the philosophy that people should be well rounded and enjoy learning new things in life. I’m originally from Camarillo in Ventura County and went to California State University of Channel Islands, where I received a bachelor’s in business. A few months out of college I landed a nice job with a well known biopharmaceutical company and still kept my serving job for a little extra cash. As you can tell I work a lot but I will always find time to mingle.
I’m a genuine, down to earth kind of guy. What you see is what you get; I highly value being sincere, honest, and trustworthy, and I definitely recognize, appreciate and hope for the same in another. I’m easy going, I love to laugh, hang out with friends and family, listen to all kinds of music, exercise and work out, love traveling and getting lost. I also enjoy a lot of sports and outdoor activities that include tennis, hiking, cycling, backpacking, going to the beach… basically anything outside! I’m also totally cool with relaxing at home watching a good film or just talking. I have a love hate relationship with Disneyland, I love it for what it has to offer but I hate it for the crowds! I enjoy playing with my dogs when I visit back home, sorry to say it but I’m a dog guy.
Finding a good quality woman in this city has been a difficult challenge. I'm not a club type of goer (a nice lounge or bar is more my thing). My matching woman, hmm… I’d like to find someone who shares similar values and interests as I do; someone who is honest, sincere, trustworthy, and FUN/GOOFY. I really love it when a girl has a warm, bubbly, outgoing personality and loves to smile and laugh without reservation and someone who can go out and no worry about what other people thing. I LOVE the natural look; too much make up is a turnoff. My two weaknesses would have to be a nice smile and beautiful eyes, so if I complement you know I really mean it and I’m not just trying to sweet talk you. I like a girl who has self-respect and also respects and recognizes a special thing when she has it and doesn't take it for granted.
