Pale, dorky, and looking for that special someone.
I'm looking for a girl that wants me in her life just as much as I want her in mine. Granted, we don't have to be attached at the hip (having space/personal time for friends and hobbies is important), but being in a healthy, RECIPROCAL relationship is what I'm aiming for.
I've been running half marathons and practicing aikido for 4 years, but I've been cutting back. I'm not planning on stopping anytime soon, but I'm trying to train smarter and still feel good, physically. I'm also trying to fix up the lil' old lady house I bought a few years ago. I don't know what I'm doing, so, worst case scenario, if you're looking for a place to hold Fight Club, you may be in luck.
Since this keeps coming up, and common sense is on the decline, I guess, I'll say it - if you don't have time to communicate, which is the basis for establishing a relationship, why are you even on here? Please be realistic about your situation and your expectations for this site. I'm putting myself out there and I'm willing to make time for a relationship - you should too. I want a relationship now, not in between my overtime shifts.
Furthermore, if you want to get to know me (or anyone on here), ask questions. Talk to them, not at them. Make an effort to keep the conversation going (e.g. I ask how was your weekend, you ask me how was my weekend). If you're not willing to do that, or that's too exhausting, stop wasting everyone's time.
With all that said, I'm a pretty happy, fun-loving guy, as long as people don't sh*t on my soul. I think most would agree it's hard to stay positive in that kind of situation. Really, who likes sh*t on any part of their body?
Oh how she rocks in Keds and tube socks, but she doesn't know who I am...
"I'd imagine the whole world was one big machine. Machines never come with any extra parts, you know. They always come with the exact amount they need. So I figured if the entire world was one big machine...I couldn't be an extra part. I had to be here for some reason. And that means you have to be here for some reason too." - Hugo
