I’m an artist/designer, and have lived downtown nyc for over 10 years (via new england, india, philippines, korea). I grew up in Asia, have lived in US, and wouldn’t mind a few years in Europe. I love my life in new york city, but am always longing for nature and daydreaming of my next adventure. I'm a city girl that fell in love with mountains. I love most of all the Himalayas. I like to see how people live, rather than sit in a resort. My ideal vacation goes something like this: fly into Nairobi, take a local bus to Tanzania, climb Kilimanjaro, then luxe it for a few days on Zanzibar. Excess on occasion is still exhilarating, but I do like my down time. I can be very social, but my work also requires solitary time. I’m not a great cook, but I can throw a great party. I appreciate passionate, intelligent, and gracious people. I prefer wacky and quirky, to straight and narrow, and love a wicked sense of humor. I don’t appreciate if you are loud, or eat on the subway; won’t go out with you if you have any political ambitions, and I’m not inclined to respond to winks. I am independent, curious, stylish, adventurous. I’ve been an expat my whole life, and would like to meet someone who is international, curious about remote parts of the world, loves adventure, appreciates art, someone who is free-spirited and sophisticated, of course kind.
