We should meet if like me you seek companionship and possibly a long-term relationship. I seek that special someone with whom to share ideas, goals, experiences, conversation, recreation, intimacy, and everything else life has to offer. I seek someone who’s done with the dating/bachelorhood phase - you are looking for a relationship. Laughter/humor is welcomed, as we have to be able to laugh at/with each other and joke when life throws us a curveball. I enjoy sarcasm because I can be sarcastic myself. We should have the ability for level-headedness, silliness and healthy banter.
Like you, I am not perfect and hence am not looking for perfection in a mate. We should be compatible however so that our time together is a positive and fulfilling experience, despite the inevitable ups and downs. We should be able to do anything together and the desire to spend time with each other would be mutual. That’s not to say I wouldn’t respect individual time, but if we spend more time doing things on our own than with each other then we probably would not be a good/lasting match.
I’m up for most anything so long as we’re having fun together, whether it’s being out and about, at a sporting event, the pool/beach, performances, on a boat fishing/sailing, working out together, dancing tango/salsa, cooking together, or just spending time on the couch with good food, wine, and TV/movie.
My hair is real - no wigs, hair pieces, or extensions here. I wear contacts because I need them, not because I'm looking to change my eye color or make a fashion statement. My eyelashes are real too. When I wash my face, I will pretty much look the same with perhaps a couple of sun spots but certainly not 10 years older once the make-up comes off. No tattoos and no push up bras here either. I like to dress up and like to look nice for my partner. I am equally comfortable in shorts, flip-flops, and a baseball cap.
