IN A NUTSHELL: I'm sincere, straight-forward,open/honest, very affectionate/snuggly/kissaholic. Intimacy is vital to me. Excellent cook, animal lover. BTW, while I live a healthy lifestyle, I'm not fanatical. I enjoy beer and ice cream, am happy to lounge around, especially on a dreary day with someone special. I'm not part of the "serial dating subculture" that abounds online and don't even casually date more than one woman at a time. I have lots of family in Oregon, DC California and love to visit relatives. I travel quite a bit for work, but the locations are often resorts, and can bring friends or someone special (you!). I was just (Feb 2012) in South America; Buenos Aires, Argentina & parts of Uruguay...loved it there...took tango lessons, which I needed to work off all the beef you eat there :), bought leather & silver crafts from local artisians at the weekend festivals there.
I prefer small gatherings of special friends to large crowds of strangers; but do just fine in crowds.
A very special place I go on working vacations is Mustique Island, a very small privately owned island in St Vincent, Grenadines . I uploaded a few pics from last x-mas there with my pal Mick Jagger (barely know him...he might actually remember my name cuz I gave his some Gabriel tennis lessons)
My 12 yr old Black Lab in the photo, which I adored, passed away and you get bonus points if you have a dog, especially a retreiver, double points for a Lab !

AGES: I would prefer someone relatively close to my age, even a few years older, IF I'm attracted. I don't care if you post a younger age to "be found in searches" ...and you don't even have to confess...I only care that I feel an attraction. That said; my profile reads that I'm interested in women 35-55, so the skew does favor younger women simply because I can :)
