I think we all have the same dilemma here: we're looking for connection, for someone to build something amazing with and for chemistry. The challenge is that some of that just can't be put into words. Sure, I can tell you my favorite foods, music and vacation spots and we can get a basic idea if we have anything in common. But to really gauge attraction we need to go a little bit deeper than that.
Let's start with what I hope you'd learn about me if we were talking instead of typing. I'm the type of girl who sings in the car, but only when by myself (trust me, it's better that way). I enjoy exercising and healthy foods, but I don't believe in extremes and value balance. I enjoy experiencing anything new, whether we're talking about an interesting restaurant or the thrill of learning about a new culture.
I think I'm fairly self-aware, and I am always trying to improve in little ways to become the best 'me' that I can be. I have a great group of friends, a full life and activities that keep me busy. What I'm missing is a partner; someone I can count on and trust.
I don't know what you look like yet, but I know that we have a mutual attraction that neither of us can deny. I know that you are honest and strong enough to speak your truth, even if it might not be what someone else wants to hear. I hope you are kind and respectful, funny, full of integrity and capable of following through.
I want the guy who actually listens and communicates well, who knows who he is and strives to be better, and is also confident without being arrogant. I want the guy who walks on the street side as to protect me, guides me with his hand at the base of my back, and the guy who offers to come to my area of town even if we settle on some place near him or in the middle. I imagine us lost in playful banter and long talks, building a relationship in which we are equal partners but, every now and then, you instinctively know when I need you to lead and are happy to do so.
Sound like you? Shoot me an email and we will see :)
