I am a mellow, but outgoing when I need to be. I am healthy, in great shape, and more active than i have even been. Nobody believes I am 40.
My long hours have kept me from meeting interesting people. I have always been a workaholic but ive cut my hours down. I like sports and sporting events but I dont obsess. I hope you like going to clubs every now and then. Someone who likes to work out would be a plus. I'll do my best to make you laugh and put a smile on your face.
Family and true friends are important to me. I try to surround myself with positive people, who don't worry about minor problems; my life is busy but not problematic. I dont worry about money. I am looking for a relationship thats relatively local. Definately nothing more than 50 miles from home. Please respect that.

I just had arthroscopic reconstructive surgery on my left ankle on Jan 8. Just barely back to walking so I wont be running for a while. Still very active though.
