I enjoy spending time with my family, being with my friends, having fun and adventurous when it comes to food. I focus on having a balance between having a healthy mind and a healthy body. By no means am I a meal-plan diet fanatic or have an obsessive workout regimen, in fact, I'm probably the opposite. I love food, cooking and eating but I balance that with moderation and daily workouts. That's my zen.
I enjoy laughing, dancing, traveling, quiet times, foreign films and honestly, I can go on and on ... life is an adventure and I intend on taking every journey!
