I'm easygoing but passionate when it's warranted. I have a sense of humor and try not to take myself too seriously. I'm active and fairly outdoorsy - I enjoy hiking, running, biking, and anything near the water. I'm close to my family, and they're very important to me.
I like the wonders of technology but also appreciate simplicity. I like reading, and coffee, and often both at the same time. I also really enjoy cooking, especially as a vehicle for drinking good wine. I have a green thumb, so I have lots of plants around the house - I think it makes things look homey :) I love animals of pretty much any kind. I despise cruelty on all levels.
I'm looking for someone funny, thoughtful, and kind. He can be serious when it's appropriate but goof off when we're having fun. Someone who likes to spend time together, but has his own interests as well, and would be willing to introduce me to new things.
