I am a retired sales manager.
Currently I like to woodwork and recently aquired a wood lathe, so I can make decorative "vessels" like vases. I have done alot of woodworking over the years. Having done rough carpentry and also built furniture. Wood is a wonderful media to work with. Every piece has it's own unique signature, so I like to cut into it and see what's inside.
I like sports. In the first couple years after retiring, I coached in high school. Now I'm looking to scale down my commitment to basketball to coaching grade shool kids.
I'm writing a book on shooting (basketball) and currently have the worst case of writers block ever known to man. Two years and not a single word put on paper. And the book (by volume) is about 80% complete.
I have a son and he has given me the most beautiful granddaughter. So, she's a big part of my like.
I like dogs and currently don't own one. So I have resolved to have a puppy before Christmas. That will be my gift to myself.
Have not dated in a long time, like decades. Want to date ladies that are honest, loyal, great sense of humor . . . . also beautiful.
