So first, a little about you… of course you’re handsome, ridiculously funny, and always call when you say you will. You’re an alpha male, in the best sense of the word. Basically, if you want something to happen, you’ll make it happen. You have good gut instincts and follow them without hesitation, with your job and your girl. You protect and take care of the important people in your life, especially me. You are assertive (maybe even a little cocky), but it works because you genuinely have everyone’s best interests at heart. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that you’re right 99.9% of the time. ;-) And to top it all off, you just plain make my life better. If you like how I look in the new pink pencil skirt I just scored for half off at JCrew, you tell me so. After all, I probably bought it with you in mind. :-)
A little about me…I'm a people-person so I like hanging out with friends and meeting all different kinds of new people. I like to laugh (a lot!) and you would have to try really hard to actually offend me. When the weather's nice, I just want to be outside so anything from running on the beach to sailing, rock-climbing, tennis, or fishing is fair game. Have I mastered any of these things? No. Am I out there? Yes! But the sun doesn’t always shine in San Diego so those other days are great for foreign films, coffee shops and (gasp) the mall. I also think naps are terribly underrated and that we could learn some valuable life lessons from the Spaniards. Let’s see, what did I miss? Oh, Jerry Seinfeld is a genius and so is Will Farrell.
Now I am not one to give up my freedom easily so just know that you have quite a big job on your hands. I also happened to have an awesome dad so I know what all this looks like in real life. Creepers and counterfeits are easy to spot. But if you take the time to get to know me, keep the relationship moving forward, and show me that you genuinely care, I am all yours. Good luck!
P.S. There are actually lots of great date ideas tucked away in that second paragraph. Dates that are probably much more relaxed and enjoyable than your standard interview-over-coffee date (hint, hint).
