Born and raised in Seattle, I travelled to California for college. After graduation, I decided I wanted to explore another city/state. I moved to Austin, TX and lived there for three years. During my time there, I worked as a preschool teacher but decided to return to the NW to be closer to family and pursue a passion of mine--cooking! Beginning in January, I will be attending culinary school in Portland, OR.
After being gone from Seattle for so long, I feel a strong desire to rediscover and connect with the city I was raised in.
