Hi my name is Alex and I am a professional chef. I love what I do and have high aspirations for my future. I grew up in small town in New Jersey not far from New York City and moved to south Florida right after high school. The majority of my family lives in this area which had a huge influence on why I chose to move down here and why I am still here. That and the amazing weather down here. All my family that lives down here now are all transplanted from New Jersey as well. I am really into sports, especially baseball and the Yankees, but I like football and hockey a lot as well among most other sports. I love food, which has a lot to do with why I cook for a living. I enjoy spending my free time with my friends and family. I work hard and I like to enjoy my free time by being with people I like if I can. On the other hand I have no problem staying home in my room and just sitting around catching up on tv and the internet. I have a pretty sarcastic sense of humor and I like to keep the mood light and people laughing.
