I am a southern California beach boy at heart, who just finished a 2 year university contract in Austria. Now I am back in the USA teaching in Minnesota.. I lecture undergrads and train Masters student to make ends meet. Including my doctoral training, it has been an adventurous 10 years so far. And to think I imagined I was gonna be cooped up in an office in some musty department. I have spent as much time in planes and hotels in Africa, Europe and South America as I have in my office it seems sometimes. I have been in long term relationships, cohabitations and even was engaged once. I would eventually like to find someone special to settle down with. Family is important to me and so are friendships. I would like to meet someone who has strong family values, and is as much looking for a great friendship as the love of her life. I truly believe these go hand in hand. So friends first and then build on that.
