--I have a very dry sense of humor.
--I love a great movie; you can get totally lost in them, and there's nothing like the feeling of having a great dream while you are conscious.
--Yes, I like me my sports (definitely the only guy on the site who says that). I have to do something active (gym workout or golf or a long walk/hike) everyday or I go stir crazy.
--I read way too many political blogs when I should be working. But it's not my fault; whoever came up with this model of being at work for 8 hours or more a day was a dumbass. A big dumbass.
--I'm not the sort of guy who is going to swoop in and take you to 5 foreign countries in six months or grandiose river rafting expeditions. Nor do I own a motorcycle. I like interpersonal adventures and getting dinner and watching films and hanging out and really connecting with someone.
--If you had told me five years ago that I'd be doing what I am now and enjoying my life way more, the five-years-ago me would be flabbergasted.
--I think that college football manifests some the best aspects of American culture (energy, regional variation, carnival atmosphere, passion, a flowering of different styles of doing things) and pro football manifests the worst (conformity, bureaucratic corporate homogeneity, ritualized violence, obsession with work). College football is a collection of good microbrews, and pro football is Bud Light.
--I've been finally getting into Mad Men. It's the best TV show I have ever seen.
--I know that you "love to travel." For the love of God, I KNOW. Tell me something about you.
