Chad Gardiner is a senior investment banker and founding executive of Generation Equity Advisors and
is responsible for the execution of mergers & acquisitions for the firms clients. He has over 10 years of
experience in investment banking and capital markets and has completed $6 billion in transactions to
date. Prior to joining GEA, he gained experience in mergers and acquisitions departments at Merrill
Lynch (Los Angeles), CIBC World Markets (NY) and Deutsche Bank (NY) were he was an Analyst and
Associate investment banker. In addition, he also worked in private equity at The Yucaipa Companies,
a Los Angeles based PE firm with over $30 billion in investments and acquisitions.
