The basics: I went to Auburn and now work as a sales rep for a pharmaceutical company. I recently moved to Tampa after 17 years in Atlanta.
Likes: I am very passionate about animals. I LOVE my two boxers (my kids) and enjoy taking them to the dog park and beach, running (have completed two 1/2 marathons), traveling, music, tennis, hiking, good food (I love sushi/seafood, gave up meat at the beginning last year), margaritas, spending time outside in the sun, prefer beach over mountain, naps on a cold or rainy day, shopping (I'm a woman), watching movies, volunteering with dog rescue.
Dislikes: people who lie, bad drivers (Tampa has its share), driving in the rain, people who are always late, people who complain all the time but don't try to fix their situation, people who are lazy, those who act entitled, smokers, people who have to be the center of attention all the time, people who are too into themselves and post pictures with their shirts off, and/or pictures of all their toys (cars, boats, etc), German Shepherds (bad experience growing up), Mondays, cold weather.
Seeking: A white male, close in age (I am NOT interested in dating someone more than 10 years older or younger than me), who shares similar values and interests. Someone who works hard, but knows their limits and likes to enjoy life outside of work. I am looking for someone who has a strong appreciation for life and all that it offers, who can bring out the best in me and vice versa. Being great friends is a must. Important to make each other laugh and smile. From my divorce, I have realized that chemistry is important, but finding a great partner to be by your side through the ups and downs, is really what counts. They should be honest, loyal, motivated, intelligent, athletic and kind. I am not into playing games and I'm over the bar scene. My philosophy is friends first and if something more develops...I see it as an added bonus! :)
