I am a very sincere and honest man, industrious, well-educated and a little reserved. However, I can be sociable, humorous and funny when in a comfortable setting. I like to read, listen to classical and contemporary music, play tennis, go for walks, watch movies and spend time with my family, especially my mother who is elderly and who I am extremely close to.
I have done volunteer work teaching English to refugees, assisting with student activities at the University from where I graduated and taught GED to inmates. These activities provided me some sense of purpose and fulfillment. A good portion of my career focused on teaching; however, I now work in the public sector. Upon retirement, I would like to devote time to teaching again---whether on a volunteer basis or not.
I am looking for a woman who is honest and sincere, who can be a friend that I can share time with, doing activities that we both enjoy. And if we happen to have the potential for a relationship, then this is something we could pursue.
