You really could complete me, could have me at "Hello," could make me want to be a better man. That is, you could inspire me to dredge up cheesy movie love lines to capture my indescribable passion for you. The point is, despite existing at this moment in the cold vacuum of cyberspace, I remain a romantic. I believe in a great love, and even believe it could be found here in this dating wasteland. Yep, it's possible.
OK, now on to the the list of self-aggrandizing traits that at least 47% of my friends and family would agree with: a rapier and fun wit, a dream-catching career that pays me enough to write this bio while others do meaningful work...stability, sensibility, loyalty, a love of cuteness that includes all animals and most children, and a physicality that demands I work out to exhaustion doing things like the sado-masochistic Ironman Triathlon. Oh, I also always buy Girl Scout cookies (the mint ones) and donate to causes that I think are either saving the world or just selling me return address labels at a huge profit.
I'm a writer-director who actually writes and directs. Nope, not a waiter. I have a mortgage and everything!
I have great female friends, cherish the distinct qualities they possess, and, thus, believe I'm one of those men who really like and appreciate women. Yep, I believe you guys are not only the fairer sex, but the nicer one, too. Usually.
My sensibility was shaped early on as I was in my early 20s when I began raising my son on my own after a, ahem, brief liason. Believe it or not, that experience got me my first gig in Hollywood, writing my story for Disney, which I later directed starring the ultra-cool Harvey Keitel as my dad! Dreams do come true out here.
Anyway, since neither my boy's mom or my family lived in Cali, I was sailing solo. And I was immersed in the company of Moms. They trained me in all the right ways, and the golden boy earned an academic scholarship to college, where he thankfully resides.
So, since Dad is "relatively" young, time for me to do things the traditional way, the way I always intended. And if that great love includes more kids, bring 'em on. I'll pay for the nanny, I mean, actively help raise the child.
Well, that's me according to me and in one dimension. Me in 3D is so much more alluring, and it usually comes with drinks!.
