I'm a fun loving person who enjoys spending time with family and friends. I love going to concerts, dancing to local bands, or just hanging around at home while throwing something on the grill and having a nice glass of wine. I play on a sand volleyball team whose team name is Momz Gone Wild. We are getting ready to start our 8th year together. We typically play horribly, I might add, but it's all for fun and drinks!
While I love to have fun, there's a serious side to me too. I am serious about my responsibilities and my relationships. I am truly a good-hearted person. I am one of those people you can count on to do what I say I will do and not let you down. Being trustworthy, dependable and honest are at the core of who I am.
I'm extremely lucky to be the mother of two amazing and beautiful girls (ages 21 and 12). They are wonderful, well-mannered, young ladies and they make me so proud to be their mom. My oldest is beyond the need for "parenting" so I now consider her my good friend...and I'm so lucky to have that type of relationship with her!
I enjoy watching sports - love going to Red's games and watching football. During the fall I find myself either glued to the TV at home, at the stadium or out with friends watching the games. I'm a die hard Bengals fan (as horribly painful as it is 99% of the time) and I enjoy playing in a fantasy football league as well (how many woman are as excited about football season as you are?). I don't know how to golf, but have always wanted to learn. I've checked off skydiving from my to do list and hope to try bungee jumping sometime. I've also zip lined and want to find longer lines for the next go around!
My oldest daughter attends the University of Alabama so I travel to Tuscaloosa quite a bit for visits and games (Roll Tide!)...it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I enjoy Nashville as well (the mid-point between Cincinnati and Tuscaloosa) and stop whenever possible - or go for a weekend trip down to enjoy the nightlife. My girls and I have cruised the Caribbean and i really enjoyed snorkeling and spending time on the beautiful beaches. I love to travel - both the Southern Caribbean and Europe are on the agenda! There's still so much of the world I can't wait to see!
With my oldest daughter in college and more on her own and my youngest spending time with her father every other weekend, I have a greater amount of time on my hands to build a life for me. I'm excited about the possibilities that my future will bring and the fun that awaits! Could it be with you?
