I guess the trick here is I don't know yet. A few important things like a positive attitude and just simply a genuinely nice person are deal breakers but other then that hoping to learn something new and find a connection I have not found yet.
I meet lots of people but usually at networking events and social gatherings that I am hosting so it is very hard to know if you have anything in common other then quick attraction. Plus most of these people are very outgoing networkers like myself which I am not quite sure is my ideal match. Do 2 type A personalities belong together? The person I am at events and when networking is very different from the guy who loves to stay home with a bottle of wine and cook. Lately its been a larger percentage of wanting that as opposed to night life but that could be the fact that 40 is approaching. Recently finished a 40 day cleanse/diet to see how good of shape I could get back in to and not only lost 30pnds but it really changed my eating/drinking/and sleeping habits for the better. Odd to learn how much of a morning person you are at this age.
As for interests I will try anything that doesn't leave a percentage of people who try it paralyzed and I love to learn new things.
