I guess I never imagined I would be in this situation. We grow up expecting to lead our lives a certain way and before we know it, we are using online dating sites, "shopping" for love. I still believe in that spontaneous spark that you feel when you meet somebody in person...
Some random self descriptive bursts: easygoing, relaxed and level headed in stressful situations, reliable, the first guy to get the call from a friend who needs help or advice, positive outlook on life, good sense of humor, slightly sarcastic, pensive, creative, adventurous, lover of the arts, reader of science and technology, active, outdoorsy, always working on a project of some sort, love to cook, hate to clean but I do it anyway, love playing with my cats or aquarium, hanging out in Santa Monica with friends, watching Netflix at my sister's house, jogging, hiking, exploring.
I have an idea of what I want from life though I understand there is no guarantee that it will turn out 100% as expected. I try to make the best of what comes my way. I have learned that a relationship is a journey filled with wonderful moments and difficult challenges and requires a lot of open communication between both people.
