Ok. If you made it past the first sentence, we are in good shape.
I have a wry wit and my brain tends to work as fast as my mouth. This causes problems only about 6% of the time.
I'm relatively self-realized, which is to say I know when I'm not right about something and have the courage and sensitivity and self-awareness to be ok in those moments.
I'm a self sustaining artist. This means I do not do a day job. This also means that my schedule is all over the place and I work extremely hard. However, I do like to play hard. By play hard I mean drink bourbon and laugh. I don't necessarily do hard drugs and hire prostitutes for my version of play hard.
I used to live in New York and before that San Francisco and before that Chicago and before that abroad. I love to travel and I particularly LOVE meeting strangers and asking them lots of questions about whatever. I have been known to be much more comfortable around a total stranger than a sort of acquaintance.
Radiohead, This American LIfe, KCRW, the smell of leaves burning, cold weather and politics are things that light me up. So does good bourbon. Maker's Mark is not good bourbon. Football also makes me happy. As does Netflix. And photographing things. And cooking. And sometimes doing dishes. And the list goes on.
I want a dog very badly. I'm not allowed to have one.
That's it. We can figure out the rest on the town.
What I'm looking for:
-) Fun. Just like fun. I like to laugh.
-) Someone who can watch Real Time, argue about the politics and easily swing over to South Park or Curb Your Enthusiasm.
-) must move from high brow to low brow quickly.

-) I travel around the area whenever i can. San Fran, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Vegas. So, if you like to do those things, let's roll.
-) And fun. With wine. Or bourbon.
