-I teach high school science and my job is unbelievably entertaining. I have some pretty awesome stories due to spending the majority of my time with teenagers, but it's a pleasure to go to work every day. It's an honor to be an influence (whether big or small) on the kids that I teach, and what's really incredible is that they voice their appreciation more than I ever expected. -My family is extremely important to me, and I owe all of my success to my parents and older brother. My parents live in Columbus, and I go back to visit them and my grandma every couple of weeks. -I'm working on my Master's degree right now in engineering education, and have every intention on continuing on to get my doctorate. I plan to eventually become a professor, but I'm enjoying high school quite a bit. -My favorite sport to watch is football, and fall Saturdays are my favorite days of the year. I am a big OSU fan (and by fan, I mean I can name most of the two-deep roster, not just the stars). I always enjoy seeing Michigan and anyone in the SEC lose, but I mainly just enjoy the atmosphere of college football. My dad works with Ed Warriner's brother, so I was able to go to several games this season and sit in the coaches' family seats, which aren't too shabby. -I might be the only person in the world that likes winter, but I love it. Snow is very peaceful to me, and with the exception of scraping my car, I love everything about the season. -I have a very dry sense of humor, and while I can certainly take a joke after growing up with my brother and father, I can dish it out all the same. I also enjoy stupid humor...Tommy Boy is my favorite movie, and I've recently been introduced to Duck Dynasty, which is absolutely hilarious. -I've been told all my life I am never without a smile, and I am of the mindset that if you can't smile about your life, you should change something. -I'm not sure I can describe what it is I am looking for...I suppose when I find it I'll know, but it's a fairly complex thing to quantify. The only non-negotiable is that he must be able to make me laugh...which is not difficult ...I'm terrible at the keep-a-straight-face game. Things I love: the Christmas season, the Olympics. running in the cold, strangers who smile when you pass them, road trips, getting to the point in a book when I can't put it down, thunderstorms, bonfires, magazines, good conversation...so much more, but that's all I have for now.
