The number one thing I'm looking for in an individual is honesty/integrity. That may sound corny, but I have learned it is the hottest quality going, and really inspiring -- in fact, if honesty/integrity is present, everything else in a relationship seems to, somehow and always, fall into place. A close second is someone who loves to read/write (even though I'm in sales marketing, I have a few things I'd like to get down on paper). Finally, I want to find someone who really wants to stand side-by-side and, together, make something phenomenal both of us can share -- and others to enjoy and be better for. Wouldn't that be something . . .
