I work on myself constantly. My confidence and self efficacy has been overboard in the past I think I've finally accepted certainly limitations on my time and have found substantially more balance.
I really love people and find the good in most. I generally feel people are capable of doing more in their lives than they think and tend to encourage them toward that mission.
I'm really looking for someone who's pretty amazing.
