I've always believed I am "just another Dutch girl" in Miami, but people have told me that I am selling myself short with this (you tell me if that is actually true), besides I don't even think there are that many of "us" in Miami. I am down-to-earth, easy going, passionate and overall a happy person.
I consider myself pretty fortunate and am blessed with a beautiful son, great place on the beach and a job that I enjoy. I love the outdoors: Like to ride my bicycle around the beach & I am pretty mean on a paddle board (although that is almost impossible).
On the other hand I love a good book and to play the piano (which is my way to relax). I like to go out once in a while: theater, dinner, movies and a good live band. Fortunately attending cool (art-related) event and parties is part of my job, so I don't feel like I have to go out every weekend.
Off course like most of us, I love to travel & visit Europe every summer.
