I've recently returned to New York from London, where I lived for the past 2 years for grad school at St. Martins. I've done quite a lot of traveling since 2006 -- Paris, Australia, Morocco and so much more. And it was all for pleasure -- or to have a point of reference as my mom would say, but now I am overjoyed to plant my roots somewhere and cut back on accumulating Delta miles.
So I signed a lease in Oct., started my online business (in May but grounded it in NY) and would like to become reacquainted with NY again. Forgive my pics, they are from my site. I promise I'm not that pretentious in person but I am a confident woman and embrace looking and being my best self.
I exercise but I'm not a fanatic. I run 3 x's a week and only 4 if its a really good week. I LOVE to cook and would like to take classes -- cooking classes, coffee tastings, whiskey tastings, etc. I like things but now I'm at a point in life where I want to know WHY I like them. I love museums but for the peace and creative energy I find there -- not because I did a thesis on Cezanne.
And lastly, I am a fashion person. I'm not a fashion person because I spend all my money on clothing -- it refers to what I do for a living. Being a fashion person is not only about clothes, its about all kinds of change. And if you're one also then you know I stole that from Karl Lagerfeld.
I'm simply looking for the company of a gentleman -- a gentleman who would like the company of a lady. Oh and I LOVE to laugh so if thats your thing we'd be a good match.
