For a living... I a gym owner, published author, professional speaker, teach martial arts---Specialize in training athletes but also do personal training classes and one on one training.

My personality is fun, mild, laid back but adventurous. I am comfortable speaking to an audience of 14000 or comfortable alone on a backpacking trip. Even though I teach martial arts you would never know it from my attitude, look or actions. I am not a violent person in any way at all. I teach my students to have a quite confidence and to be "tough enough to walk away" --I give back through various education programs for students and donate my time with speeches, seminars and free books.
