I am an independent and fun lady that is tired of meeting men by way of the bar scene. I like music,dancing, sports (especially football and basketball), traveling, movies, and hanging out with friends. Going boating is one of my favorite things to do. I can be happy doing just about anything if it's with someone special whether it's going to a classy restaurant, an exotic place, a football game, or just sitting at home with someone I enjoy cooking and watching T.V. I am up for trying new things. . I am a very honest, compassionate person and want the same in return from the person I'm with.. I am looking for someone that is honest, strong, independent and secure. Someone that respects others and has respect for himself. I want someone that is willing to make the time for the special someone in his life but also has his own interests. You should not have to lose who you are to have a relationship with another person. I want someone that wont' try and change me and I will do the same. I want someone fun, positive, that doesn't have a problem with working towards what you want in life with that special someone. Being alone and having your own space is great sometimes, but letting someone else share that space at times can be awesome. I also want to add that being dependable and responsible are very important traits. If I tell someone I am going to do something you can count on the fact that I will or will let someone know if for some reason I can't. It's a part of respect for the person you are with. I also need to add to my profile this statement. Please guys put current pics up. I don't want to see what someone looked like 5 to 20 years ago. It is really getting old meeting people and when you meet you don't even recognize the person. Looks by know means are the most important thing but you have to be at least attracted to someone. I don't care what your date of birth is but please use pics within the last year or two. None of my pics are older than aug 2010 and many of them are from the last few months.
