I am fairly new to the area as I just moved here in November for my job. I am originally from Long Island, New York. I'm somewhat of an introvert who is attracted to anything unique. I actually often appreciate things and people who are a little "out of the norm".
I practice martial arts 2-3 times a week and it has become my most recent hobby. I also like hockey and reading on occasion. I enjoy cooking and do it pretty often. I enjoy it even more when it's for someone else.
I'm not one to follow the latest trends and I never cared a whole lot for material possesions. I don't wear designer clothes or flashy jewelery and I would be more likely to choose an SUV or a pickup truck than a sports car. I don't need to be filthy rich (though I sure wouldn't mind it), I just like to be comfortable.
I can't really say exactly what I look for in a girl. I'm open to whatever feels right I guess. I'm pretty laid back and low-key so I suppose I would do well with someone with the same qualities. And of course what I really like is uniqueness. Someone who can be her own person and doesn't always chase the latest fashions or trends (I'm not big on the fake tan and flashy clothes thing).
