Hello! I've joined Match because I've grown tired of trying to meet women at bars. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love a good night out on the town with friends, but I've grown tired of the bar/dating formula.
I'm a native of New Jersey and I've been in LA for just over 4 years. I work in the music industry at one of the major record labels, having transferred from our NYC office. For fun I'm a drummer in a local band. I also write music with friends back in my home state and I have two active writing and recording projects with them. In my life, music is my constant.
I'm into all types of movies (although I hardly see enough of them while they are IN the theater), I read a lot, play some video games and I am a pretty big New York Giants football fan.
I am very close with my family, and I would consider my siblings my best friends. Having someone who values large families and is close with their own would be important to me.
As I am sure many guys on here write, I am looking for a woman who would equally like to going to the museum, riding bikes at the beach, hiking and camping, checking out a new restaurant or bar, grabbing Sunday breakfast and watching the football game or seeing a band on a Friday night. I guess it doesn't really matter what we do, as long as we enjoy each other's company while doing it. I am absolutely looking for something long term, but I am patient enough to wait it out and see how it all goes.
Ultimately, I am looking for someone who can bust my chops with a loving smirk. She also knows the best wines to pair with a meal, where new places to hang out are opening or the name of that new band everyone is listening to. She's a combo of stylish and sexy, smart and creative, funny and good natured. I'm impressed by thoughtfulness, kindness and unconditional love. I would like for her to be a strong and independent companion who can feel free to live her own life and fulfill her own dreams, but with whom as a couple we could do it all.
