I've been described by my friends as a man's woman. I love to get dressed up and go out somewhere fancy, but can then switch gears and throw on jeans and a tank top and hit up the local pub for some beers and watch football. I enjoy trying new things, new food, new places. I was born and raised in Florida, recently moved to DC for a change of pace and career. Being a Florida girl means that I'm always interested in something water related, whether it be SCUBA diving, surfing (I'm not that good), boating, or just catching some sun at the pool or beach.
I went to the University of Florida, and am a die hard Gator fan. I've learned in the short time I've been up here that there is nothing to compare to SEC football, or a fall Saturday in Gainesville ,FL. It's one of those experiences that can change your life.
Family is a big part of my life, I have a little brother who's 2 years younger than me, and my parents are happily married after 44 years. I'm a firm believer that when you marry someone, you take that vow of "in good times and in bad" and that divorce is used too frequently as an exit route.
I'm looking for someone who I can share my love of Gator football with and have new experiences with. I enjoy an on the go lifestyle, and sitting at home playing housewife is not my ideal relationship (although I can cook, maybe you'll get to experience it sometime!). I don't mind the bar scene and enjoy live bands, duelling pianos, and pubs. A night in cooking dinner together with a bottle of wine is just as good!
