Hello there! I am of Welsh, Black and Native American descent, born in the US, raised in Trinidad in the West Indies, and have been living in MD for the past 11 or so years. I think I am a fun girl....if not then I am WAY off :-) I am pretty open-minded, very eclectic, and usually game for just about anything anyone can throw my way, just try me. Left to my own devices I tend to do boring stuff like read oddly named books, watch weird independent movies, and travel to places that other persons may not have any interest in. I hate sitting still, and am constantly looking for some new and interesting shenanigan to get into. I am looking for a guy that is not too high strung, knows how to take a joke, wants to do something besides the typical crap that everyone else does, does not like to use the word 'no' too much, and agrees that spontaneity is important.
I volunteer with a few different organizations in the area in my spare time and travel a lot for leisure (I go home to Trinidad for Carnival annually among other things). I love road trips, and usually have a good plan for weekend activities :-)) Mostly, I am a casual and laid-back type of person. Prefer a seedy, hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant to an expensive one, and outdoor activities (in warmer weather) to formal ones.
