I'm a people pleaser, but my ironic retorts and sarcastic sense of humor tend to balance that out quite well. I'm a pretty independent girl...I enjoy being able to take care of myself and do things on my own, but I'm here because I feel ready to meet someone to spend time with.
I have an almost permanent smile, but usually take a while to warm up to new people. Once I'm comfortable, though, I tend to be pretty silly and talkative. I'm very close to my family, so most of my time is spent with them, and I'd like to meet someone who understands and appreciates that. I'm very dedicated to what I do, and I love my students, so I'm sometimes consumed by my work...but when you love what you do, that's nothing to complain about. In my free time I prefer low-key things like sightseeing, going to the movies, and having nights in at home with my wonderful dog.
