Let's be honest. Dating in the greater Los Angeles area is rough. I mean, that's why we're all on this site, right? To hopefully find someone you wouldn't necessarily cross paths with in every day life but may be exactly who you're looking for. With that being said, I'm a no-b.s. girl. A straight shooter. I believe in being 100% real and truthful about who you are and what you believe in. Being honest about everything upfront is the only way to really find out if you're a match. I'm not looking for just a hook up. I've heard this site has its share of people that are just looking to mess around and that's just not what I'm looking for. Born Oregonian, raised Bostonian. I consider myself a pretty active person. There's no place I'd rather be than in the great outdoors. I have a passion for the mountains and winter time. I snowboard every weekend in the winter that my schedule will allow. Hiking, mtn biking, tennis, and spinning are also all regular activities in my life. I'm proud to say I've run 3 full marathons and one half marathon and I intend to run more if I can find the time for training. I also love any 10k's or 5k's that involve obstacle courses. I love visiting National Parks - I'll make a vacation out of it. The Grand Tetons top the list of favorites and Glacier is on my short list of must-sees. I'm a laid back gal. Playfully sarcastic. Hittin' up a dive bar for some good beer, shuffle board or pool is far more appealing to me that hittin' up a dance club. Don't get me wrong, I love to dance, but my clubbing days pretty much ended with my 20s. I'm more likely to bust a move while I'm doing a mean rendition of a Cher song at a karaoke bar. It doesn't take much to convince me to go to the movies or check out a new gastropub and I'm always up for a bowling challenge. I'm an adrenaline junkie and skydiving and bungee jumping are at the top of my to-do list right now. I love to travel but who doesn't? If a vacation isn't possible, I'm always up for jumping in the car for a weekend road trip. Family is really important to me. I'm really tight w/ my family and I hope to have one of my own someday. I have a good heart and I'm extremely loyal to the people I care about. I seek adventure all the time and look to make the impossible POSSIBLE whenever I can. I'd love to find someone who looks for that same challenge...it would make it a lot more interesting.
Obviously, this is just scratching the surface. But I can tell you this much...I believe that relationships can get boring if you're both exactly the same. It's important to be your own person and learn from each other, but I also think it's important to share the same morals and values and most importantly, to want the same future for yourselves.
