I consider myself a spiritual person…I love Buddhism and eastern philosophies as well as meditation; I’ve learned some Qi Gong and Tai Chi and believe that every person has a sort of vital energy (Qi)that can be cultivated and harnessed to balance, strengthen and control your own mind and body as well as bring health and peace of mind to the people around you.
