I love smiling and I love people and things that can make me smile. I sing way too much , karaoke is a favorite past time. My best friends and I will be the first ones to start dancing anywhere we go even if there is no dance floor. I like going to baseball games and hockey games. I am addicted to the sunshine and dislike the cold weather. I worked on a cruise ship for two years after college to get some travel experiences and it was a time of my life I will never forget. I hit the gym throughout the week to keep my energy up and to keep me from going to bed at 8pm( working with kids is exhausting !!) but I would be lying if I said pizza and beer was not an all time favorite. My style is pretty classic. I like to be comfortable and I dress for the occasion. You will not catch me in a short dress and heels in the dead of winter ;) I am a confident woman and know what I want out of life and out of the people I choose to surround myself with. I am a little bit sarcastic and have a pretty raw sense of humor. If you can't handle it I'm probably not the girl for you. But I take it as well as I can dish it ;)
For my "work" I run a before and after school program and during the summer run a travel summer camp Last summer I have hit every amusement park from NJ to VA, tackled some serious ropes courses and zip lines, got beat up by a rock during white water kayaking, allowed 30-50 teenagers to attack me with a paintball gun, and finally mastered the art of a lazy river ;) I enjoy my school year job but trust me I am counting down the days until summer.
I would like to find someone who can be my best friend and would not be afraid to be a little silly and a little spontaneous whether it is singing karaoke with me at a crowded bar, or picking up and taking a weekend trip just because. I love to laugh, I think it's really important to be able to laugh together. Don't be scared to be different having a sense of humor is so important to having a happy life. I would like a guy who can laugh at himself. ,I do not have any specific physical "type" of man I am looking for, someone who can make me happy and i can make happy. I am looking for someone who loves life and does not live to work but works to live :)
