I'm really not good at writing about myself but thought I would give this a try. So here
goes: I'm looking for my best friend, my confidant, my partner in life. The one that I can call
when I have a bad day and makes me feel better when I get home with a hug. The one that is
there for you through thick and thin. Someone who makes my heart skip a beat when you see them.
Someone who you can't wait to come home too and tell them about your day.
I like to stay busy and try new things. My family and friends are really important to me.
I come across as shy at first and close guarded, but once I get to know someone I open up.
I'm not what you would call a high-maintenance girl. I'm very laid back. I guess you could
say that I'm a guy's gal. I'm known for my goofiness and pranks and have a good sense of humor.
I have been known for a few good pranks on my friends. That said, I love a guy with a sense of humor
that can make me laugh, because afterall, people who laugh, live longer!
I love anything outdoors (minus hunting)--hiking, running on the trails in the Woodlands,
going for a boatride on the lake, going to the park.
I love to travel, when I get the chance, which seems like it's rare these days :).
I love spending time with friends, playing poker, staying busy. I love the mountains of Colorado,
I dream about finding someone that I can cuddle with on a lazy rainy day.
I have an open mind--I'm adventurous and will always try anything once, whether its a new
restaurant, or new food. I love learning new things and find myself watching The learning
channel or the Science Channel. The Universe is a staple on my DVR. I just love life and everything
God has given us and for that I am thankful everyday.
As far as what I'm looking for--
I love my children and they come first in my life. However, I am willing to make room in my
life and in my heart for that special someone. My match would have to accept not only me,
but my children as well (as I would his). I value honesty above all things.
Once that is lost, it's hard to get back. I believe honesty, trust and communication are very important
in a relationship. If there is a match, then mutual chemistry and attraction should fall into place with the right partner.
I'm a very affectionate person and feel that passion and affection go hand in hand.
I guess I'm a romantic out heart and I still believe that true love is out there.
