The most important thing I look for in a man is passion. I think it's so important to have things that you really care about because that's what makes life worth living. Whether that passion is their job, or the 49ers, I just like when a person is really excited about something! I am extremely passionate about my job and relationships with my friends and family. I can't imagine a more fun or rewarding career than being a teacher. I love that I get to do something different every single day. Plus, the kids are hilarious! My friends and family are my rock. I have been truly blessed to have such amazing people in my life!
Even though I am pretty into sports and can be very competitive, (don't invite me to join your fantasy league unless you want to lose...) I still definitely enjoy a quiet night in. Sometimes at the end of a long day/week, there's nothing better than staying in and making dinner and then cuddling up on the couch with that person who just fits :)
I wouldn't say I have a type; the most important thing is that we genuinely enjoy each spending time with each other. It would be great to find someone with whom I can enjoy spontaneous adventures as well as quiet nights at home. I love someone who can make me laugh. I find intelligence extremely attractive. Not that I need to sit around and have lofty conversations all the time; in fact I generally would rather talk sports than politics, but still... I definitely appreciate someone who can "talk nerdy to me."
