Grew up in southern Indiana and studied music performance at Indiana University. I am very active and enjoy all types of exercise whether it is endurance related (completed my first Ironman in August and have done a few other triathlons and marathons), lifting (crossfit), or sports (any). I absolutely love to travel (spent 3 weeks all over Europe in April), and I am an excellent cook. No, seriously. As much as I love to eat (and got great culinary training from my Mom and grandmother) a guy has to learn how to do it. So.... Anyone is welcome to test this. Bring it!!
I want to settle down. I am a planner and have certain goals I would like to meet. I want a family... I have two young nephews that are AWESOME. I am very physically active which is important to me. Being able to do some sort of activity together would be great.
I took an audition in 2004 and won the position with a prestigious musical organization in D.C. I am a professional trumpet player and still can't believe that I am paid to do what I enjoy most.
