I'm Cathy, a true Jersey girl who just recently changed sides of the Hudson to join the thoroughest borough known as BK. I'm someone who loves to laugh and have a good time. A sense of humor is pretty key for me and I'd like to meet someone whose humor and energy work with mine.
My friends would describe me as someone with a kind heart who's always coming from a genuine place. They'd probably point out that I'm a bit of a foodie who appreciates all Asian cuisines and is also convinced she was Italian in another life... Oh and they'd say that I'm chill and fun. Because I am both of those things and because they're really good at describing people. :)
It's important to me that I maintain an active social life as I do work a full-time job in the fashion industry. I am ambitious and definitely take pride in what I do, but I keep in mind that I work to live and not the other way around.
I'm definitely into girly things like fashion and makeup, but I also love watching sports (mainly tennis, football, basketball) and going out to see live music. To me, there's nothing better than seeing my favorite bands play live- sharing the experience with my friends and a crowd of people, all having a great time together.
I'd like to meet someone who is unpretentious, ambitious, and enthusiastic about life. As my potential date, you're into the kinds of things I just described, but I like to think of myself as an open person and I'm not looking to date someone who's exactly like me. I'd love to be introduced to new things and ideally you could challenge me on some level--whether that be intellectually or just at rapping along to Jay-Z is cool with me.
