You have to take the bad with the good and enjoy it all as the one life you have to live. It's a cliche, yes, but it does not matter how many times you get knocked down, it matters how many times you get up.
I tend to try and be humored by life. If it all gets deathly serious always your clock right then begins running out on you and you are robbing yourself.
We are all in this together and a way of living that takes some meaningful account of that is important. A wasteful, selfish, unthinking lifestyle is not one I want to live. It's about awareness of what you are doing and how it impacts others.
I never read the book called something like "Everything I Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" but there is probably truth in the notion and the book. Our little league motto was pretty right on the mark: play fair, strive to win, but win or lose always do your best.
Life is beautiful and I try to get with that program. People, music, food, wild places, books, movies, work, talk, sunlight, rain, snow, being active - these are my program elements.
Lastly, I chose Athletic and Toned to describe my body type. It's the truest of the lot and because I thought it mattered to make some choice I chose that. If "Fit" had been there I would have chosen that.
